"We had never been on a cruise before so did not know what to expect. After a tiring journey we were soon put at ease in the marvellous Hyatt Hotel at Long Beach.
 

When we boarded the ship the luxury was immediately apparent. Our Stateroom with private balcony was great and we had our own personal steward to look after us. Towels were even changed twice a day.

The service in the bars and restaurants - about forty in all - was 5 star all the way. Our booked excursions into Mexico ran like clockwork. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were very lucky to win this marvellous prize, thanks again"!
